Student Life
The college has four sports (men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball and softball), and students can participate in intramurals. The Roane State Playmakers offer a variety of theatre productions, and musical opportunities are available in Concert Choir, Jazz Band, Stage Band, Bluegrass Band, or Celebration Singers. Roane State also sends students abroad. Through Roane State's international education program, students have visited Italy, Ecuador, France, England and other countries.
